Modern, low-COGS, security-first stack — verifiable in the repository:

• App: Next.js 15 (App Router, React 19, Server Components + route handlers), TypeScript (strict), Tailwind CSS 3.4, framer-motion.
• Data/auth/storage: Supabase (Postgres) — one shared project, gt_ prefix, RLS on all 20 tables across migrations 0001–0009.
• Payments: Stripe (Checkout + webhooks). QR: qrcode library.
• Security model: suppliers, costs, orders, raw scans, and unapproved submissions are server-only (no client policy, service-role writes); school access is membership-scoped via SECURITY DEFINER helpers.
• Zero-COGS digital features: stories/advisor/studio art are deterministic template engines — no external AI inference cost.
