Privacy Policy

Photo editing in the Graduation AI Studio app runs on your device. We do not upload your source photos to our servers to train models or for advertising, and we never sell your images. When you choose to save a design to your account, we store the design settings (such as chosen colors and class year) and any thumbnail you save — not your original camera roll.

• Account details — if you create an account, your email address (used to sign in and sync your saved designs). Accounts are optional; the core editor works without one.
• Designs you save — your saved design settings and thumbnails.
• Orders — if you buy a physical product, the shipping and contact details needed to fulfill and deliver it.
• Payments — card payments on the website are processed by Stripe; app subscriptions are processed by Apple. We do not receive or store your full card number.
• Usage & device data — basic, aggregated analytics (such as which features are used and crash diagnostics) to improve the Services.

To provide and improve the Services: to run the editor, sync and show your saved designs, process and ship orders, provide customer support, prevent fraud and abuse, and meet legal obligations. We do not use your photos for advertising, and we do not sell personal information.

We share only what is necessary with providers that operate the Services on our behalf: Supabase (accounts and saved designs), Stripe (website payments), Apple (app subscriptions and delivery), and email delivery providers for transactional messages. Physical products may be produced and shipped by a fulfillment partner using the shipping details on your order. These providers are bound to use your data only to perform their services for us.

Graduation AI Studio Pro is an auto-renewable subscription billed through your Apple ID. Apple manages the transaction and renewals; you can manage or cancel anytime in your App Store account settings. We receive subscription status (active/expired) to unlock Pro features, not your payment details.

We keep account and design data while your account is active. Order records are retained as needed for tax, accounting, and warranty purposes. You can ask us to delete your account and associated data at any time (see “Your choices”).

You can access, correct, export, or delete your account data by contacting us. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know what we hold and to request deletion. We do not sell or “share” personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

The Services are intended for a general audience. If you are under the age of majority in your region, please use the Services with a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13; if you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above and, where appropriate, by additional notice.
