Terms of Service

You may use the Services to design and edit graduation photos and to order related products. You agree to use them lawfully and not to misuse, disrupt, reverse-engineer, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services. You are responsible for activity under your account.

You keep all rights to the photos and designs you create. You represent that you have the right to use any photo you upload. You grant us only the limited permission needed to operate the Services for you (for example, to store a design you choose to save). We do not claim ownership of your content and we do not sell your images.

School names, colors, and logos are the property of their respective owners and are shown for design reference only. Graduation Tassels is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any school, university, or athletic program.

Graduation AI Studio Pro is an auto-renewable subscription billed through your Apple ID. It renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel it in your App Store account settings. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable; refund requests for App Store purchases are handled by Apple.

Physical products ordered through the website are sold by us and produced and shipped by our fulfillment partner. Prices, availability, and delivery estimates may change. Website payments are processed by Stripe. Title and risk of loss pass to you on delivery to the carrier.

The Services, including software, design, and branding (excluding your content and third-party marks), are owned by us and protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Services for their intended purpose.

The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that results will meet your expectations.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
